Processing time:
We will try our best to process all orders within 1-2 working days for all ready handcraft orders. For items that are Made to Order, the time it takes to prepare the order for shipment can be from 7-9 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please note that there may be a slight delay in delivery during festive seasons.

• Please note that all applicable taxes, customs or import duties at the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid by the buyer in order for the package to clear custom.
• Tracking number will be provided and emailed to you upon processing your order.

Jewelry Care:
• Store them in a cool dry place
• Avoid getting your earring wet by showering and/or swimming with them on and avoid chemicals
• To clean use a soft, wet cloth with water or a Q-tip with alcohol
• Do not bend the polymer clay
Returns and Exchanges:
We do not offer exchange or refund of orders due to hygiene purposes except for incorrect orders. Kindly drop us the email at declaycorner@gmail.com include photos of the wrongly received item and your order number in your email. The item must be returned in it's original condition and unworn.
